  • Municipalities and Municipal Facilities are voting members of MRRA. When a municipal owned facility joins, member towns also become MRRA members and are entitled to all benefits of member­ship. Annual dues are based on total population served.

  • 10% membership discount when you pre-pay for 3 years.
