Director of Communications and Development
Victor has worked for MRRA for over 18 years and as its director for the past 15 years. He has testified before the Environment and Natural Resources committee in Augusta on such topics as the bottle bill, solid waste fees, and product stewardship for paint recycling. He also works with mill buyers and brokers to continue to move material for the membership. Through his leadership, MRRA has put over 6,000 composters into backyards everywhere.
Jacquie has been with Maine Resource Recovery for eight years and oversees the day to day needs of the organization’s membership. She grew up in Massachusetts and received her writing degree at Bradford College in 1999. She moved to Maine the same year with her husband. She enjoys collecting old toys and being with her dogs.
Shelby brings over two decades of experience in advocacy, coalition building and public outreach to Maine Resource Recovery Association. She oversees event planning, coordinates with media outlets, and acts as liaison to our business and industry partners to expand the scope of MRRA’s services and enhance membership benefits. Shelby is busy making the rounds, creating new programs, and learning the solid waste industry from the ground up.
